Summit Pharmaceuticals Europe Limited (in UK) merged into new Summit Pharmaceuticals Europe S.r.l. (in Italy).
100% owned by Summit Pharmaceuticals International.
May 2015
Opened Düsseldorf Branch, Personal Care Dept., by acquiring cosmetic ingredient distribution business from Kyowa Hakko Europe GmbH.

Changed share holding. Now Sumitomo Corporation Japan has 50%, Sumitomo Corporation Europe 30% and Summit Pharmaceuticals International 20%.

The Spanish branch was relocated from Barcelona to Madrid.
